Amuzu joined the youth academy of KV Mechelen in 2014. In May 2022, he signed a two-year professional contract with an option for an extra year. In December 2021, he was already in the match selection a few times.
A permanent fixture at Jong KV Mechelen in the Second Division in the 2022/23 season: he played in 26 of the 34 league matches, including only four times as a substitute, and scored four goals. In between, he was allowed to go on an internship with the first team to San Pedro del Pinatar during the World Cup break.
In the summer of 2023, KV Mechelen loaned him to his Dutch sister club Helmond Sport for a year. He made his official debut there on August 11, 2023: on the opening day of the Kitchen Champion Division, trainer Bob Peeters let him start against Roda JC.
