Zeno Van Den Bosch exchanged the youth academy of K Lierse SK for that of R Antwerp FC in 2016. In September 2020, he signed his first professional contract. In September 2022, his contract was broken up to 2025, plus option. On January 18, 2023, Van Den Bosch made his official debut in the club's first team: in the league match against KV Oostende (0-3 win), coach Mark Van Bommel dropped him in stoppage time for Willian Pacho. On Sunday, February 26, he was in the starting line-up for the first time in the match against OHL (1-1).
